Our Service team provides personalised service for the repair and maintenance of any gaming machine, in NSW. 

Personalised service

Our team is split between a number of regions - from Tweed Heads in the north, to the south coast of NSW, the New England region, ACT & surrounds, and the Albury Riverina. Each IGT technician is responsible for specific clubs or hotels in his region. This familiarises venues with their technician and ensures our team develop a good understanding of their venues' service requirements. 

The team  specialises in servicing the needs of either clubs or hotels. Even though both venue types use gaming products, each group has very different servicing needs.

Spare parts

Each technician is equipped with an extensive range of parts, to cater for all brands of gaming machines. Teams are also supported by service stores, located in major centres. Venues enjoy quicker service turnaround, as there's no need to wait for spare parts to come from interstate or overseas. The stores hold a wide range of spare parts, for all manufacturers' machines.   

Technical support

IGT's Service team is highly trained and qualified. Each technician attends regular training seminars for new products and servicing techniques and all are licensed with the appropriate regulator to service all EGMs and associated equipment.
